Richard Sonnenblick founded Enrich Consulting in 1998, to help R&D-driven organizations make the most of limited resources. At Enrich, Richard has worked with dozens of organizations, implementing best-practice portfolio management and project forecasting systems. Prior to founding Enrich, he built a decision analysis consulting practice at Lumina Decision Systems. Rich holds a PhD and an MS in engineering and public policy from Carnegie Mellon University and a BA in physics from the University of California, Santa Cruz.
