This workshop is a hands-on, interactive session in which you will learn and apply the “Architecture of Collaborative Innovation” -- a highly integrated and systematic approach using best practices, principles, and processes that emanate from best practices in strategic alliances, joint innovation, and trust building to drive results in collaborations across organizations and scientific fields. This workshop will use hands-on interactive learning techniques, best practices and innovative strategies and tools. Bring the biggest challenges and obstacles you face in working with your organizations’ Collaborative Innovation initiatives.
